7 Layer Taco Dip
In a 13x9 baking dish layer the following covering each layer well.
Layer 1 - 1 can 16oz refried beans
Layer 2 - 1 8oz container of guacamole dip (This is a seasoned dip, not just plain guacamole. It's ready made in a small plastic container like sour cream).
Layer 3 - Mix 1/2 pack of taco seasoning mix, with 1 8oz container of sour cream, with 1/2 cup of Hellmann's mayo (I used Miracle Whip).
Layer 4 - Shredded Cheddar Cheese to cover well
Layer 5 - Diced tomato fresh or canned
Layer 6 - Fresh chopped green onion and/or small can green chillies
Layer 7 - (Optional) sliced black olives
Refrigerate till ready to serve, with tortilla chips.

Velveeta Spicy Sausage Dip
- 1lb Velveta cheese, cut into smaller cubes, melt in sauce pan on low to medium.
- 1 can diced drained tomatoes & green chilies, do not drain, or drain. Preference of thickness.
- fry separate 1lb Jimmy Dean Sausage, drain, add to melted mix .
- serve with corn chips ..... the big dipper kind.
- add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
